    Through networking, resume mining, and internal research, we are able to find candidates with the exact experience you are looking for – many of whom are not actively searching for a new job at the moment.

  • Contact & Screen the Candidate Pool

    We contact each potential candidate to verify their experience and skill sets, test to see if they are a good culture fit for your team, and verify that they are ready to make a job change right now.

  • Present Only the Best Candidates

    The list will be pared down to at least 3-5 candidates who are in the top 15% of their profession and ready for a job change. There are presented to your hiring manager with resumes, references, and call notes.

  • Aid in the Interview Process

    Once you are ready to interview a candidate, we work with your team to quickly schedule initial and follow-up interviews, making sure to allow for a personal introduction to your company’s hiring manager.

  • Partnership Through the Offer Stage

    The unfortunate reality is, a lot of great talent is lost in the offer stage. We overcome hiring barriers continuing candidate communication, monitoring their interest and understanding what they need and want.

  • Guaranteed Fit For Your Team

    Since we take the time to get to know your team, our candidates are almost always a great fit. If a candidate does not work out within the first 90 days, we will re-fill that position at no additional cost.
